What was our brief:
Market Sense was initially contracted by West Cumbria Development Agency to provide specialist marketing support to Westlakes Engineering Limited (WEL) who were about to celebrate their fifth birthday. Keen to expand into the lucrative nuclear market. Market Sense now works directly with WEL to grow their nuclear reputation.
What did we do:
As well as organising PR opportunities with press and radio for the 5th birthday, Market Sense supported the in-house team to develop invitations, a website and marketing literature that embodied their brand. That was five years ago. Today, an ongoing PR plan has raised their external profile as well as internal confidence. WEL has entered and won awards and are now ranked in the Civil Engineering top 10 for Waste (including nuclear) Management. Now it’s time to celebrate their 10th birthday with a unique bash – the first event to be held at the newly opened Haig Mining Museum; concept and delivery supported by Market Sense!
What did they say:
‘A pleasure to do business with’. Tracey has an eye for a story, and makes it easy for us to publicise the company’s successes. She is able to quickly help organise and prioritise a campaign of press releases, and isn’t afraid of advising us what will and won’t work, and what angle to take on any story. Her enthusiasm, encouragement and patience make Tracey and Market Sense a valued member of our team.’
