What was our brief:
We need to communicate better, to make sure people know who we are and what we do, and we think we need a new website – can you help?
What did we do:
The brief was brief, but turned out to be more complex, calling on my general management skills and the behaviour change in organisations I studied at university. Eden Housing Association (EHA) thought they needed PR, but in reality needed a complete marketing review – aiming to evolve from a ‘council culture’ to a more commercially led business culture. Their wealth of experience, skills in community development and care of tenants all needed to be communicated – to various target audiences. The early years saw development of a new website, a new more consumer friendly tenant magazine, improved internal communications and an external voice with clarity.
What did they say:
“Tracey (Market Sense) has supported us in our PR, sales and marketing, event management, brand creation and development over many years and has provided great added value to our business.
Her insightful and objective ‘critical friend’ perspective of our business built through a thirst for finding out how our organisation ticks has been a trigger for many improvements. She is pro-active, organised, bubbly, creative and a real dooer, a great asset to our ‘team’.”
